PERM-A-BARRIER® (Rubberized Asphalt)

Perm-A-Barrier® Flashing

Perm-A-Barrier® is a 40 mil self-adhering, self-sealing, self-healing, rubberized asphalt and polyethylene composite membrane that provides multi-level thru-wall flashing protection by limiting water intrusion and diverting infiltrated moisture back to the exterior. It’s high-density polyethylene composition resists punctures, tears, abrasion and corrosion. Perm-A-Barrier® flashing adheres to masonry, steel, concrete, block, gypsum and wood substrates.

Bituthene Mastic

A rubberized asphalt-based mastic. It has excellent adhesion to structural concrete, masonry and wood and is designed to seal terminations, edges of patches, and overlaps in detail areas. It is an integral part of the Bituthene Waterproofing System, though it should not be used as a primary waterproofing material.

Perm-A-Barrier® Adhesive

Perm-A-Barrier® Adhesive imparts an aggressive,  high tack finish on the treated substrate. It is
specifically designed to facilitate tenacious adhesion of Perm-A-Barrier self-adhered membranes to various substrates.

Perm-A-Barrier® WB Primer

Perm-A-Barrier® WB Primer is a water-based primer which imparts an aggressive, high tack finish on the treated substrate.

AQUA FLASH

Aqua Flash 500 Flashing

Composite sheet type waterproofing membrane consisting of 8 mils of high density cross laminated polyethylene bonded to 32 mils of rubberized asphalt for a total thickness of 40 mils.
With a removable release liner. Self-sealing, self-sticking, self-healing whereby the adhesive will elongate and recover if somewhat damaged. Has excellent puncture resistance.

COPPER

Copper Fabric & Copper Coated Flashing

The highest quality laminated copper flashing on the market today. The two layers of dense glass fabric and a special blended waterproof adhesive are laminated to the copper core to produce greater tensile strength and improve puncture resistance. The composition of copper, glass fabric, and laminate will ensure a permanent bond in the mortar joint and protection from moisture.

EPDM

FlashGard Thru-Wall – 40 mil Flashing

High performance, flexible membrane alternative for protecting masonry walls from water penetration. It is based on EPDM (ethylene propylene diene terpolymer) synthetic rubber. FlashGard Membrane forms a barrier to moisture ingress in cavity wall construction by directing water to a building’s exterior.

Seam Tape

BlockFlash® Flashing Pan System

BlockFlash® is an embeddable flashing pan for exterior single wythe CMU wall systems. It collects moisture that infiltrates the wall and flows down the vertical cores and diverts it to the exterior. BlockFlash® is a single wythe CMU flashing system that is useful at all flashing/weep hole locations including base of wall, above door and window openings, above bond beams, in parapet walls, basements and any other locations where flashing is necessary. Formerly known as Blok-Flash.
